Job Description: · Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training sessions on SAP ABAP (Classic, Cloud & RAP) for trainees with varying levels of expertise. · Create and maintain training content, hands-on exercises, real-world use cases, and assessment materials. · Provide one-on-one mentoring or group coaching during lab sessions to help participants solidify their understanding. · Keep training materials up to date with the latest SAP ABAP practices, tools, and techniques. · Incorporate SAP BTP and SAP UI5 topics where applicable to expose learners to modern SAP development paradigms. · Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training effectiveness. · Stay current with SAP product updates, certifications, and industry best practices. Required Skills: · 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. · Must Have: Proficiency in classical and object-oriented ABAP, OData, AMDP, CDS Views, ABAP on Cloud, RAP (Restful Application Programming Model), Extensions (In-App & Developer), Workflows, ABAP New Syntax, enhancements, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, ALV reporting, smart forms, and data dictionary objects. · Strong preference: RESTful ABAP Programming (along with BTP and Fiori/UI5), OData, In-App & Developer Extension · Good to have: BOPF, BRF+ · Experience or working knowledge in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and/or SAP UI5/Fiori development is a strong advantage. · Prior experience in conducting technical training, mentoring junior developers, or creating learning content is highly desirable. · Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. · Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. Qualification: · BE/B tech/MCA/MS/M Tech Experience Desired: 8 – 10 years
