As part of your responsibilities, you will coach and guide teams in embracing the Agile mindset and practices. Your scope includes supporting new teams, providing ongoing coaching to project and product teams, whether they follow Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach. You will serve as the primary coaching resource, offering hands-on guidance to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams. Additionally, you will provide personalized coaching to Product Owners on various aspects such as backlog management, release planning, user story development, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing. You will also coach Scrum Masters on effectively serving their teams, Product Owners, and the organization. Your role will involve assisting teams in implementing Agile methodologies, capacity planning, estimation techniques, backlog refinement, velocity measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will create training materials and modules for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, and Leadership, and deliver hands-on training sessions both in physical classrooms and virtual settings using collaboration tools like Mural or Miro. Furthermore, you will coordinate and facilitate agile community activities to foster shared learning across the organization and contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence by rolling out best practices and metrics. Your experience in scaling multi-team products/projects and transitioning from a project-centric to a product-centric organization will be valuable in providing insights and guidance to IT leadership. By observing teams and assessing their Agile maturity, you will contribute to improvement roadmaps and drive the adoption of Agile methods among leadership and their teams. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Advanced degree preferred) with at least 12 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Information Technology. - 5-7 years of IT delivery experience, with over 5 years in an Agile Software Delivery Environment and 3 years in coaching Agile Teams. - Experience with Agile Project Teams, Scrum Teams, Kanban teams, and Product Teams, including coaching globally dispersed teams. - Strong training skills in both physical and virtual settings using collaboration tools like Mural or Miro. - Familiarity with Agile Life Cycle Management Tools such as JIRA or AzureDevops. - Excellent virtual meeting facilitation, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Prior experience in designing and implementing scrum of scrums for global products with regional delivery. - Proficient in problem-solving and leading groups through problem-solving methodologies. - Product Management and Product Owner experience, along with IT application services delivery experience, Scrum-Master Certification, and Product Owner Certification. - Experience in developing and implementing new methodologies and working with organizations transitioning to a product-centric approach.
