Looking for candidate with Notice Period: 30 days or Less Only Locations: Chennai Mode of Work: Hybrid Job Description: Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans based on project specifications and user requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and develop test scenarios that accurately reflect real-world usage. Identify and document defects and issues found during testing, following up to ensure timely resolution and retesting as necessary. Create detailed reports on test progress, results, and issues for stakeholders and project management. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development. Continuously improve UAT processes by analyzing previous projects and implementing best practices. Participate in project meetings to provide input on user experience and software usability from a testing perspective. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Hands on experience in software testing, with a focus on user acceptance testing. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Proficiency in test management tools and automated testing frameworks. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
