Responsibilities Technology Operations Center - Lead Analyst (Managed File Transfer) Indicative years of total experience: 5 - 7 years Role Description: The Lead Analyst is responsible for GoAnywhere (Managed File Transfer), Harmony Cleo, IBM File Gateway He is expected to understand the user requirements for creating builds, troubleshoot and resolve during build process and providing end to end support for all File Transfer related incidents for Enterprise Business Units This will be Individual contributor role Reporting relationship: This role will report to Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge of GoAnywhere, File Gateway - 6 1 or Cleo 5 7 Tool or above, troubleshooting, build, upgrades Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance and Management Excellent knowledge of File Transfer, Encryption / Decryption Protocols, and key management Ability to apply knowledge of tools to create solutions which are maintainable, follows enterprise patterns, and address new requirements Must have excellent organizational and written / verbal communication skills He should be willing to work on weekends and flexible shifts Should be willing to work in US hours Qualifications Education: Graduate - bachelor s degree (Engineering or Computer Application) Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation V4 Additional Information Skills & Experience: Contributes to the overall design, installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of systems File Transfer applications, tools and related software Drives opportunities proactively for improvement both in the tools managed and the systems being monitored Pushing technologies where appropriate to cloud solutions & look for implementation opportunities Competencies: Make sound business decision Embrace Change Build strong Partnership Get results Act Strategically
