SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.


About the Role

Designing and implementing of end-to-end compensation cycles, workflows and business rules. Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Compensation solution.


Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end compensation cycles.
  • Creating workflows and business rules.
  • Linking business requirements to system capabilities.
  • Optimizing the Compensation solution.
  • Working with integrations to third-party systems for payroll.
  • Conducting discovery meetings with customers to identify current processes and future state requirements.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years.
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module.


Required Skills

  • Knowledge in Variable pay configurations.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with integrations to third-party systems.
