Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse business needs Tech & Non-Tech.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand current and future staffing requirements.
Analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, to optimize hiring processes.
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and recruitment partners.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and compliance standards in talent acquisition.
Manage employer branding and campus recruitment activities to build talent pipelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Postgraduate in Human Resources (Full Time), or a related discipline.
Typically, 7 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven leadership in a team lead role.
Proficiency in adopting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving needs.
Experience in designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, including employer branding and diversity hiring.
