Lead Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Talent Planning:
Partner with leadership to understand current and future workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies for technical functions.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Leadership:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized technical roles.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and product teams, providing market insights and ensuring alignment on hiring goals.
Process Optimization:
Design and implement efficient, candidate-friendly recruitment processes that ensure a strong talent pipeline and excellent candidate experience.
Technology Utilization:
Leverage ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics tools to manage pipelines, track metrics, and report hiring progress.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Drive inclusive hiring practices and develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse technical talent.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies and compensation planning.
