Lead Talent Acquisition (IT Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT Services roles (Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Test Engineers, Project Managers, etc.).
Partner with delivery and business units to forecast demand and design effective sourcing strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure timely closures within defined SLAs.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and vendor partnerships.
Conduct initial screenings, drive interview coordination, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Track hiring metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, and provide regular dashboards to leadership.
Support leadership hiring and niche technology talent acquisition as per project requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of best practices in recruitment.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, diversity goals, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
8–15 2 years of experience in
end-to-end IT recruitment
, preferably within
IT Services or Consulting organizations
.
Strong understanding of IT skills across Application Development, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture domains.
Proven experience in handling
volume and leadership hiring
.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills.
Hands-on experience with
ATS tools
, recruitment analytics, and Excel dashboards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
