Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and
acquire new clients
for staffing and recruitment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for
revenue growth
.
Understand client requirements, share suitable profiles, with TAT.
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Act as a
single point of contact
for client coordination.
Handle
negotiations, commercials, and contracts
with clients.
Work as an
individual contributor
and mentoring a team of recruiters.
Ensure
target achievement
in terms of client acquisition, closures, and revenue.
Prepare and maintain
reports
on recruitment and business performance.
