Job Description

Systems Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) servers in production and staging environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Manage server patching, automation, and system hardening in accordance with security best practices.

Cloud (AWS) Management
Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based infrastructure using EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
Automate provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and scalability.

Leadership & Team Handling
Lead and mentor a team of system administrators.
Assign and oversee tasks, conduct code and configuration reviews, and ensure SLA compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Security, QA) to streamline operations and deployments.

Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security policies, firewalls, and access control measures.
Conduct periodic audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,762.20 - ₹47,031.74 per month
