Tired of boring job descriptions? Yeah, us too. So let’s skip the usual snoozefest and get

We’re on the hunt for a digital marketing wizard — the kind who dreams in Google

Analytics dashboards and flirts with SEO algorithms for fun. You'll be the Gandalf of our

online presence, guiding us through the perilous lands of low engagement and high

bounce rates — staff in one hand and a very large coffee in the other.

But here’s the plot twist:

We’re in the IT services realm — think Oracle Apps, database managed services,

custom application development, and all the nerdy but powerful things that help

enterprises thrive.

So we need someone who gets this world and can market it like a pro. If you’ve never

heard of “ERP” or think “DBA” is a rap name — this may not be your quest.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Own our online branding like it’s your favorite hoodie — comfy, powerful, and

uniquely you.

  • Take our digital presence from “meh” to “WHOA” — across every channel that

exists (and maybe a few that don’t yet).

  • Stalk—I mean target—the right B2B audience, attract them with your content

wizardry, and turn them into leads who say, “Where has this company been all

my life?!”

Daily Battles You’ll Face (a.k.a. Responsibilities):

  • Strategize brilliant, scroll-stopping campaigns across LinkedIn (your new

kingdom), Twitter, Facebook, and maybe Threads… maybe.

  • Build a content machine for IT services, that speaks tech without sounding like

an instruction manual.

  • Analyze traffic like you're solving a CSI case. Clicks are clues. Conversions are

confessions.

  • SEO? You’re not just good — you’re Google-whisperer good.
  • Email marketing that doesn’t feel like spammy small talk at a party.
  • Work with influencers, thought leaders, and maybe a few folks who still say

“digital transformation” like it’s a new idea.

  • Track trends like you’re chasing Pokémon (but with more ROI).

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 5+ years of digital marketing experience, especially in IT services,

enterprise tech, or SaaS.

  • Has hands-on experience with Oracle Apps marketing, database services,

and custom software development campaigns.

  • Understands LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and B2B lead funnels like it’s your

second language.

  • Can make a meme, explain CTR to a toddler, and write a case study that actually

gets read — all before lunch.

  • Has a 7AM-4PM EST (4:30 PM to 1:30 PM IST) (vibe. We’re talking early bird with

wizard energy.

  • Isn’t afraid to be funny — or bold — if that’s what makes the message land.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,061.54 - ₹42,791.42 per month
