**Job Description:** You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a highly secure and scalable solution for the business. This includes dividing design decisions into actionable tasks, estimating the tasks, assigning them to the team, and ensuring end-to-end completion. You will drive research, proof of concepts, and design considerations, getting buy-in from stakeholders for implementation. Additionally, you will review code, debug issues, incidents, and provide solutions through hands-on development. Mentoring the team on technical and functional aspects, resolving their queries, and communicating progress to stakeholders are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide advice on alternative options, risks, and impacts to the business and technical architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Take bottom-line responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing a secure and scalable solution - Divide design decisions into actionable tasks, estimate them, and ensure their completion - Drive research, proof of concepts, and design considerations - Review code, debug issues, and provide end-to-end solutions - Mentor team members on technical and functional aspects - Communicate progress to stakeholders and provide advice on alternative options and risks - Design new practices and patterns on the ServiceNow platform - Operate in an agile execution model with continuous integration and deployment frameworks - Coordinate change request process for development and enhancements - Develop and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, IT teams, and business areas - Work with vendors and support staff on solution execution, enhancements, and support - Stay flexible for upskilling and managing team members with different skill sets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering - 12+ years of extensive work experience on ServiceNow Platform with GRC module and IRM implementation **Working With Us:** Joining Northern Trust means being part of a flexible and collaborative work culture where financial strength and stability drive exploration of new ideas.
