As a highly analytical and solution-oriented professional, you will be taking ownership of multiple high-value projects at Amber, a company passionate about making international mobility and living seamless and accessible for students. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems, creating detailed business analysis, and identifying key priorities for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of high-value projects, collaborating with multiple teams for problem-solving. - Conduct detailed business analysis to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions. - Gather, analyze, and draw valuable conclusions from data, setting processes for data generation as required. - Work closely with the founding team to ensure effective solution implementation and act as a thought partner on business challenges. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for high-quality execution of strategic projects. - Develop a deep understanding of the industry to identify growth opportunities and bridge the gap between the Founder's vision and execution. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of work experience in Consulting, PE, VC, or Investment Banking. - Graduation from Tier-1 Colleges. - Strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Outstanding organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities. - Data-driven mindset with the capability to generate insights and propose solutions. - Prior experience in a Program Manager or Strategy role at high-growth startups is a plus.
