Lead Storage Systems Administrator - Interspence Solutions Innovation is our driving force towards your success Lead Storage Systems Administrator Lead Storage Systems Administrator Job Type: Full-Time -12:30 PM to 8:30 pm OR 2:30 pm -10:30 pm Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced storage systems administrator who can work closely with the storage team in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining storage systems, with expertise in Windows NTFS/DFS, Linux NFS/S3 and NetApp hardware and software. Experience with VAST storage solutions will be an advantage. Strong operations management and critical thinking skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities : Administer and manage storage solutions using Windows NTFS/DFS and Linux NFS/S3. Configure, monitor and maintain NetApp hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Oversee and manage VAST storage infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for storage-related issues. Develop and maintain documentation for storage systems, processes, and procedures. Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection. Collaborate within IT and with other departments to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve storage infrastructure continuously. Work closely with the US team in the planning, executing, and monitoring storage-related projects. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in storage system administration. Expertise in Windows NTFS/DFS and Linux NFS/S3. Extensive experience with NetApp storage solution, including relevant certifications. Experience with VAST storage solutions. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team remotely. Advanced certifications in storage technologies (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator).
