Job Description

Manage and lead multiple projects in Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations, and Non-Retail Procurement from strategy to execution.
Develop and implement effective space allocation and presentation strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to achieve an inspiring and convenient in-store guest experience.
Analyze business strategy and define project scope, estimating effort and defining key milestones.
Execute complex tasks within the project, monitor overall execution and quality of deliverables, and proactively communicate with stakeholders about project plans, progress, and closure.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation or lean methodology and follow operational hygiene practices.

Job Requirements

Four-year degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion, Professional, Civil/Architecture, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications is required.
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving skills is essential.
Excellent communication skills are needed to present to large groups of people.
Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage cross-functional projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
