Lead Solution Architect

Role Overview: As the Lead Solution Architect for HRMS, your primary responsibility will be to own the blueprint-to-go-live architecture for multi-country HRMS roll-outs. You will play a crucial role in translating business goals into robust designs, leading a team of functional consultants, and devising practical solutions to address any product gaps to ensure that every customer realizes measurable value. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 46 implementation consultants across various modules or geographies - Generate process maps using BPMN/UML, create configuration workbooks, and develop testable user stories - Drive fit-gap remediation and implement interim work-arounds whenever necessary - Define data migration and cleansing strategy and coordinate integration sequencing with the Engineering Manager - Provide support in pre-sales activities by offering architecture inputs, high-level estimates, and guidance for demos Qualifications Required: - Possess 8-12 years of experience in HRMS/HCM delivery with a minimum of 3 full-cycle global implementations - Hands-on experience in configuration with one or more platforms such as Workday, SAP SF, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, or Akrivia HCM - Proficient in process design and documentation using tools like BPMN, Lucidchart/Visio, and Excel config templates - Strong understanding of REST, SCIM, SFTP integrations, and enterprise SSO protocols like OAuth2/SAML - Familiarity with agile delivery practices including tools like Jira, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, especially at the C-suite level Additional Details: The ideal candidate would also have familiarity with iPaaS/workflow tools like n8n, Dell Boomi, or Workato, as well as the ability to do light scripting for Proof of Concepts using languages like Python or Node.js. Possessing certifications such as Workday Pro, SAP SF Professional, PMP, or ADKAR would be considered a plus.
