Job Description

Primary Skills

Design and implement custom, scalable, SOX-compliant security solutions
Lead requirements gathering & client workshops (onsite/offshore)
Perform advanced debugging & issue resolution, working with vendors
Configure Oracle Risk Management Cloud Controls for GRC
Drive security & compliance initiatives and reusable assets
Implement role-based security across ERP, EPM, OTBI
Conduct SOD analysis, access reviews, and audit support
Secure Oracle BI reports, subject areas & data models
Support SDLC, quarterly patch impact analysis & regression testing

Must-Have Skills

5-7 years in Oracle Cloud Security & ERP Security
Strong understanding of SOX, GDPR, HIPAA
Hands-on in custom role design, data roles, AOR, HDL loads
Experience with RMC modules and control configuration
Strong stakeholder & communication skills
Good project management capability

Good to Have

Oracle GRC / RMC (AAC, AFC, FRC)
Oracle ERP / HCM modules
Consulting / Big 4 background
Certifications: CISSP / CISM / CISA
Automation: Python / C# / VBA
PL-SQL troubleshooting
