We are seeking a Project Lead to join our Trivandrum office (full-time, in-office role). The role requires hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, SQL Server, Python, and Azure DevOps CI/CD, combined with the ability to lead small-to-medium project teams and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.
Hands on development & technical guidance in
React (frontend), Node.js (backend), SQL Server, and Python
.
Manage and optimize
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
, deployments, and releases.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot critical issues and serve as the escalation point for technical challenges.
Balance hands-on coding with leadership and project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of software development experience in relevant stack
Strong skills in
React, Node.js, SQL Server, Python, and Azure DevOps CI/CD
.
Experience in
REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments
.
Exposure to
AI/ML-based platforms or data workflows
is a plus.
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
