Role & responsibilities Build platform capabilities utilizing Flow Designer, custom code and integrations with external systems Work platform tickets and incidents as the come in Maintain Instance stability and security Ideate new capabilities and train existing staff on continuing eduction Perform other duties, as assigned. Preferred candidate profile EDUCATION: Degree Level FIELD OF STUDY: Major; Concentration EXPERIENCE: 4-8 years of demonstrable proficiency on ServiceNow CERTIFICATION(S): System Administrator and Application Developer KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities involving ITSM, SPM, ServiceWatch, Midserver and security architecture for SaaS platforms. Strong configuration of base capabilities and examples of platform integration models. Strong grasp on team interoperation and collaboration. Ability to handle multiple workstreams efficiently and with clear communication of expectations and status. Ability to provide education to junior skillset team members across global positions. Capable of delivering documentation and training on areas of interest on ServiceNow capabilities.
