Lead, Software Development

As a Lead Project Engineer based in Pune, Maharastra, India, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our Engineering team. You will be responsible for understanding embedded software concepts, working on software development processes and controls, debugging, and implementing creative ideas. Additionally, you will be expected to travel and interface with overseas electronic contract manufacturers to ensure quality electronics assemblies for tool production. Your role will also involve working on common motor control techniques and understanding microcontroller peripherals. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about learning and growing, values recognition for their contributions, and is not afraid of innovation. You should hold a BSEE, BSCS, BSCE, or equivalent degree from an accredited computer/electrical engineering college, with extensive knowledge of developing embedded microcontrollers in C, C++, or ASM. Experience with ARM architectures is preferred. You should have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in electronics, software development, and embedded firmware, with the ability to lead junior engineers. In this role, you will display strong ownership of objectives, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a high level of integrity in all aspects of your work.
