Job Description

We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for completing complex projects on time and providing options with pros, cons, and risks. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Responsibilities Lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration Provide options with pros, cons, and risks for key technical decisions during project delivery Complete complex projects on time Learn new technologies quickly and apply them to project development Influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges Requirements Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in application development on ServiceNow platform Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery Proven team player and team builder Expertise in writing JavaScript code Proficiency with coding, object-oriented and modularized software Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST or SOAP Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level Technologies ITSM ITOM or CSM Platform Development CMDB Workflow/Flow Designer Integration JavaScript Show more Show less
