Job Description

As a ServiceNow Administrator at Visy, your primary responsibilities will include: - Administering, maintaining, and enhancing core and advanced ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. - Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, automation, and integrations based on stakeholder requirements. - Staying up to date with ServiceNow releases, new capabilities (including AI and Now Assist), and industry best practices to serve as a subject matter expert. - Providing recommendations to IT leadership on improvements, roadmap priorities, and leveraging the platform's capabilities effectively. - Ensuring data integrity in the CMDB, managing Discovery and Service Mapping, and implementing Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) for accurate data and operational efficiency. - Utilizing Now Assist and other AI features to enhance end-user experiences and automate workflows. - Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions. - Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues to ensure continuous availability and performance. - Promoting and supporting best-practice governance, security, and compliance across the platform. In terms of experience and qualifications, the mandatory requirements include: - Having 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience. - Demonstrating proven experience in managing and administering ServiceNow ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge. - Possessing experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, and HAM. - Having a working knowledge of Now Assist and other AI-enabled features. - Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI Actions. - Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server. - Comfortable advising stakeholders and presenting options for platform optimization. - Holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM/ITOM certifications are preferred. Key technical skills required for this role include: - Experience with ITOM, ITAM, or SecOps modules. - Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices. - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technology decisions. - Experience working in agile environments or supporting DevOps teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,
