Role : -

Ensuring that they possess the skills and Knowledge Necessary to maintain and repair Vehicles effectively for Higher Efficiency.

Responsibilities

Business & Processes:

To Enhance the skill level of Channel Partner Technicians
To Enhance the skill level of Channel Partner Executives (Basic Level & Advanced Level Training)
To Provide product Familiarisation Program for Customers
To Enhance the Skill Level of Internal Stakeholders (DET , GET & Laterals )
Upkeep the Training Aids & Documentation For Conduct the Training.

People Excellence:

Knowledge upgradation of New Products & Field issues and there by increase the Training Effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues ,the resolve customer complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech with 10 yrs of experience in Service and atleast 3 years in Training
