Qualifications:

Manage full US onboarding lifecycle, including document collection, HRIS setup, orientation, and BGV completion.
Oversee end-to-end US immigration processes (H1B, L1, B1, OPT, F1, STEM OPT, PERM) with attorney coordination and full compliance.
Handle US payroll operations, such as timesheet validation, deductions, adjustments, and employee payroll queries.
Manage health insurance enrollment, removals, claims assistance, and compliance tracking for US employees.
Maintain crucial documentation including I-9s, visa trackers, LCAs, audit files, and HR records.
Provide continuous HR support for employee queries, documentation needs, and cross-functional coordination.
Execute exit management, covering system offboarding, insurance termination, and final payroll processing.
Manage hotel bookings and flight ticketing for business leaders during travel, ensuring smooth coordination and timely arrangements.
