About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in software engineering and deep hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines , Python scripting , and observability tools . The ideal candidate will contribute to automation, deployment, monitoring, and the overall reliability of mission-critical platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitLab. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python for operational efficiency and infrastructure management. Build, monitor, and optimize observability stacks using Grafana , Kibana , and associated logging and metrics tools. Work collaboratively with development teams to integrate infrastructure as code and promote DevOps best practices. Enhance system reliability, availability, and scalability across environments (development, staging, and production). Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues proactively using observability metrics. Ensure secure code deployment and rollback strategies are in place. Conduct post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Skill Area Requirement Programming Strong scripting skills in Python Version Control Proficiency with GitHub and GitLab workflows Observability Hands-on experience with Grafana , Kibana , and log aggregation tools CI/CD Expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining pipelines
