Job Description

Dear Candidate Greetings...!! Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Management: Onboard, nurture, and manage education consultants, DSA partners, career counsellors, test-prep institutions, and study abroad consultants. Develop strong engagement strategies to ensure steady lead flow and performance from partners. Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive qualified lead inflow from assigned regions and ensure quality and volume metrics are achieved. Liaise with the internal credit, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless Regional Leadership: Act as a business owner for the North & West regions from a channel partner perspective. Lead sales performance metrics, set targets, and ensure execution through aligned partners and support teams. Participate in regional education fairs, workshops, and partner meets. Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and track business numbers, lead conversions, and partner performance. Share periodic MIS reports, performance dashboards, and strategic inputs with senior management.
