Lead Recruiter

We are urgently hiring a Lead recruiter to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet targets and deliver results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the candidates
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
• Allocate and manage requirements of TA Team
• Device new recruitment strategies and plans
• Set performance goals and KPIs for team members.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for Team members.
• Prepare reports and recruitment analytics for management.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years experience in recruitment
• 2+ years experience as Recruitment Lead/Manager is a must
• Must have Bachelors/PG preferably MBA
• Must have experience in ATS
• Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Poonithura, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
