Lead React Native Developer

You are a Lead React Native Developer with a minimum of 7 years of overall experience and at least 2 years of work experience in React Native. Your role involves team leading responsibilities and requires excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and team members. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth implementation - Demonstrate strong communication skills for clear collaboration within the team and with clients - Lead the team effectively, manage their work, and ensure customer requirements are met - Engage in day-to-day customer interactions, understanding their needs, and translating them for the team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in React Native - Experience in state management libraries like Redux or Context API, JavaScript, Rest API, and Version Controls - Proven experience in team leadership - Immediate to 10 days notice period for joining The company operates in Pune with a contractual/temporary job type for a duration of 6 months.
