Job Description


Position Overview:

Lead Qualification Officer (LQO). You will be managing the inbound marketing leads from multiple sources including websites and other digital sources to qualify them for the sales process. As part of that lead qualification the LQO is asking critical questions to better understand what a warm or hot lead might be looking for.

Job Accountability:

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats, and other contact collection methods.

  • Cultivate initial engagement with prospects to generate qualified opportunities.

  • Enter prospects into automated marketing culturing campaigns.

  • Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitored.

  • Provide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports.

  • Pass qualified leads over to the sales team.


Job Rquirements:

  • Previous sales or Customer Support experience.

  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attitude for learning new things.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team player.

  • Motivated, self-starter.
