Lead Property Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing property, facilities, and workplace management based on defined operate facility services and preserve property asset processes to enhance property values and performances. Your main areas of focus will include property management, short term maintenance, property assessments, fulfillment of authority demands, project management, asset management, and ensuring efficient property usage through continuous dialogues with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Perform property management, project management, and facility management at Volvo Group India's city offices to support both GRE and TDBAs strategy and concept as well as legal requirements - Manage, control, develop, and improve total property and facility management services in collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers - Ensure successful delivery of property projects, meeting defined scope, time, cost, resource, and quality requirements - Proactively work with stakeholders to promote an attractive work environment and align activities with cost efficiencies and GRE Financial Business Plan - Responsible for budget management, area finance, operational KPI monitoring, and performance management - Participate in cross-division forums, supplier negotiations, property projects management, and legal compliances - Support in land and/or property acquisition, steering committee meetings, legal document preparation, and maintenance instruction preparation Qualifications Required: - Work experience in real estate and facility management - Change management, communication, presentation, and project management skills - Knowledge of real estate, facility management, and processes - Customer focus, supplier, and contract management abilities - Continuous improvement mindset and finance knowledge with budgeting and cost follow-up experience - Experience in investment projects - Degree in engineering or related fields preferred - 10+ years of experience - Certification or courses in Real Estate management is an added advantage - Working experience with international tenants or colleagues Company Details: Volvo Group focuses on Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity to provide a safe and supportive work environment free of harassment and discrimination.
