  • Experience:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    end-to-end project delivery

    including planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
  • Manage

    project risks, issues, dependencies

    , and ensure timely mitigation.
  • Lead

    stakeholder communication and relationship management

    across business and technology teams.
  • Oversee

    cross-functional teams

    to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal

    governance frameworks

    and quality standards.

  • Required Experience:

  • Strong experience in

    Retail Fraud, Credit, and Collections

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of handling

    large-scale, complex projects

    in BFSI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
