Role Overview

A results-driven Project Lead with extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to handover. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness, and driving client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership roles within real estate, construction, or allied industries
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Strong background in planning, scheduling, and MS Project or equivalent PM tool proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to scale project operations and improve delivery performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with enterprise clients, consultants, and large delivery ecosystems will be an added advantage
