Role Overview

A results-driven Project Lead with extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to handover. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness, and driving client satisfaction. Recognized for strong leadership, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to implement operational discipline and proactive problem solving for consistently successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developed and implemented tailored project management frameworks for complex corporate interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Strong background in planning, scheduling, and MS Project or equivalent PM tool proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale project operations and improve delivery performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with enterprise clients, consultants, and large delivery ecosystems will be an added advantage
