Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for product development (wigs, creams, skincare).
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with R&D, vendors, dermatologists, oncologists, and product designers.
• Coordinate with external partners (manufacturers, suppliers, testing labs, packaging vendors).

• Regulatory & Compliance

• Support compliance with cosmetic industry standards, safety regulations, and certifications
• Ensure documentation and quality checks are maintained.

• Market Research & Customer Insights

• Gather insights on MOC oncology patients’ needs and preferences for cosmetic and supportive care products.
• Benchmark against competitors and ensure patient-centric innovation.

• Operations & Vendor Management

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate timelines, quality standards, and costs.
• Track procurement of raw materials, accessories (e.g., wig fibers), and packaging.

• Communication & Reporting

• Serve as a single point of contact between MOC management and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership.
