Job Description

Diligently follow the laid down Procurement Policy & Guidelines and seek amendments as and when required. Development & Implementation of strategies for Procurement and Outsourcing management. Develop statistical methods to keep track of material purchased along with associated details. Assessing material requirements and designing purchase schedule. Zero loss in the services to the clients due to material shortage. Formulating annual budgets in co-ordination with FMs & Regional Operation Head before the commencement of the Financial Year. Gradual reduction in complaints from internal/ external customers. MIS reports for Purchase & Outsourcing. Timely placement of all orders as per schedule and to ensure adherence to the delivery time by the vendor as per PO/ Contract terms. Reduce no. of days of inventory to not more than 45 days for fast moving items and 90 days for medium moving items. No increase in the inventory of non-moving items. Pursue reduction in the inventory of non-moving items by selling off in co-ordination with FM. Cost savings in capital items procurement over the budget through negotiations. Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistently. To get into Rate Contracts for the following items in Mumbai and Pune : Paints (Berger / ICI) DG Spares (Local Authorized Service Centre) Lube Oil (Valvoline) Wires & Cables (Phoenolix/ RR Kabel / National / Glouster) Batteries (Exide) Common Salt V – Belts (Fenner) Bearings (SKF / NTN) Door Closure (Dorma or any good local ISI Brand) AHU Filters (any good local vendor) Cooling Tower spares (any good local vendor, OEM not required) Lighting spares (Philips / Osram). Optimization of manpower rates based on minimum wages for all services. Optimization of AMC rates for all services.
