Location:
Mumbai
Experience Required
: 1520 Years (Min. 2 Supercritical Boilers)
Experience & Expertise:
Proven Experience in Leading the Complete Process Engineering and P&ID development for at least One Supercritical Boiler.
Expertise in thermal design, heat and mass balance, metal temperature and stress calculations, Superheater/Reheater headers and piping design.
Understanding of codes like ASME, IBR, and CEA norms.
Experience with detailed engineering workflows, data sheets, and inter-discipline coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete process engineering and P&ID development for supercritical boilers.
Finalize heat & mass balance, temperature profiles, and performance parameters.
Responsible for the engineering release of process documentation for manufacturing and procurement.
Ensure compliance with international and Indian regulatory codes.
Provide process-related cost and engineering inputs/ estimates for new boiler proposals.
