Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Heading overall production operations for our backward integrated manufacturing facilities of cumulative 1,00,000 MT per annum + 60,000 MT PA expansion in plan of steel tower for the Telecom & Transmission Line industry.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Build and mentor a high-performing team and maintain workforce discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

12-18 years of experience in Production Planning & Control or related field (PPC).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Production/Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of engineering concepts, strategic planning, leadership skills, lean six sigma methodologies, resource management techniques.
