Job Description

Roles and responsibilities - Manage tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of bids within budget constraints. Preparation of Techno commercial Bid & Price Bid as per tender requirement. Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, technical specifications, and commercial terms to develop effective bidding strategies. Study the contract LOA & technical specifications thoroughly, inform discrepancies if any w.r.t. contract & actual execution to management/client for extra claim as well as to get the amendment of LOA Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, resources, and expertise for successful bid execution such as Handling Procurement, Finalization of vendors. Coordination with OEM for arranging competitive Price quotations and other relevant documents required for compiling the Bid. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the tendering process. Preparation of Techno-commercial bid and submission. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during all stages of tendering. Desired Candidate Profile - 10-17 years of experience in civil engineering or electrical engineering with a focus on substation projects. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Civil. or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical.) Strong understanding of costing & negotiations, project planning & coordination, vendor enquiry & management skills are essential for this role.
