Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets efficiently.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of materials, manpower, and equipment for production.
• Monitor production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions for optimized operations.
• Plan the production processes in an efficient manner to reduce changeover losses.
• Implement inventory control measures, minimizing excess inventory and ensuring timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices in manufacturing.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to optimize resource allocation and minimize production costs.
• Evaluate and implement production technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Manage the production budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee production planning software and systems, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
• Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
