As a Lead-Post Sales at Livspace, your role is crucial in handling customer complaints and reconciling them in accordance with Livspace's warranty policy. Your aim is to deliver exceptional customer experience and enhance client satisfaction and trust to achieve Livspace's goal of being the top gadget brand with a range of amazing products and world-class service. - Possess in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in Interior Products such as Modular, Custom, and services. - Analyze root causes of issues and provide effective solutions. - Knowledge about the installation process of Modular, Civil, and Custom work. - Well-versed in hardware, materials specifications, and technical details. Strong verbal articulation, presentation, and written communication skills are necessary for this role. You will be the primary point of contact for all queries related to the product, services, and warranty. Being a good listener with active problem-solving skills, as well as having good interpersonal and analytical skills, is crucial for interacting effectively with customers. Flexibility in work timings and availability is required for this role. A minimum qualification of Graduation with at least 15 years of academic education is expected. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Your responsibilities include: - Continuously improving the quality of after-sales services. - Ensuring customer satisfaction in all circumstances. - Answering calls and emails to update customers on their queries. - Assisting clients with comprehensive support. - Making independent decisions and organizing solutions effectively. Collaboration with different departments to ensure timely issue resolution, keeping records of customer queries, updates, complaints, comments, and inquiries, as well as following up on customer requests and complaints are part of your daily tasks. Conducting feedback calls with customers is also an integral part of the role. It is crucial that you understand the gravity of the role and are committed to delivering exceptional service aligning with Livspace's commitment to customer satisfaction.,
