Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in Interior Products such as Modular, Custom, and services - Analyze the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions - Knowledge about the installation process of Modular, Civil, and Custom work - Strong verbal articulation, presentation, and written communication skills - Act as the primary point of contact for all product, service, and warranty-related queries - Demonstrate active problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and analytical skills - Continuously work to improve the quality of after-sales services - Ensure customer satisfaction in all circumstances - Answer calls and emails to update customers on their queries - Assist clients with comprehensive support - Make independent decisions and organize solutions effectively - Collaborate with different departments for timely issue resolution - Keep records of customer queries, updates, complaints, comments, and inquiries - Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests and complaints - Conduct feedback calls with customers Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of Graduation with at least 15 years of academic education - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role Note: It is essential that you understand the importance of your role and are dedicated to providing exceptional service that aligns with Livspace's commitment to customer satisfaction.,
