Role Overview: You will be a key professional at Balance Nutrition, responsible for expanding partnerships and growth initiatives across various verticals. This role involves collaborating closely with the founders and entails dynamic responsibilities that go beyond a fixed checklist. Your main tasks will include building and nurturing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing end-to-end execution from market research and pitching to onboarding and scaling partnerships. This is not a typical Business Development role, as it combines elements of strategy, sales, and execution, offering you the chance to influence how Balance Nutrition enters new markets and develops impactful partnerships with corporates, fitness institutions, schools, and insurance companies. Success in this role hinges on your adaptability, ownership, and ability to translate ideas into growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Partnering with organizations to design and implement employee well-being programs, covering nutrition, lifestyle management, and preventive health in the Corporate Wellness & Franchising vertical. - Driving franchise opportunities to expand Balance Nutrition's presence across new markets in the Corporate Wellness & Franchising vertical. - Creating partnerships with gyms and fitness centers to integrate technology and services, and working with schools to promote Healthy beginnings and Healthier campuses in the Institutional (Gyms & Schools) vertical. - Forging strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, doctors, and smart clinics to integrate nutrition solutions into patient care and preventive health in the Pharma & Medical Division. - Launching new verticals, creating go-to-market strategies, managing sales flows, conducting user research, and building a high-performance organization with the right culture for growth across all areas. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in alliances and partnerships. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently close deals. - Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.
