Lead - Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and continuous service delivery for all customer segments (Mobility, B2B, Homes) via robust management of the Transport, FTTH, and MPLS networks .
• Oversee and maintain critical network infrastructure, including:
• Fiber kilometers (Fkm) – owned, IRU (Indefeasible Right of Use), and IP-1
• POP locations , network elements , and home-passes
• Lead implementation projects for new network builds and upgrades, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize strong ODN and OSP network planning and operational expertise to maintain network stability and scalability.
• Coordinate with Local Cable Operators (LCOs) and UGCM vendors to ensure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) SLA/KPI compliance .
• Ensure billing accuracy and audit readiness through strong process governance and documentation.
• Champion a customer-first mindset , focusing on network uptime, reliability , and achieving zero outage goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Planning, and Project Management , to align network operations with strategic objectives.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Transport, FTTH, and MPLS technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of ODN/OSP network architecture, operations, and planning .
• Proven experience in vendor management , particularly with LCOs and infrastructure partners.
• Expertise in KPI/SLA governance , network health monitoring , and troubleshooting .
• Familiarity with billing and audit processes in telecom environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills .
• Ability to identify and resolve operational obstacles efficiently.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field .
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in network operations , preferably in telecom/ISP sectors.
• Prior experience handling FTTH, OSP/ISP infrastructure and multi-technology networks .
