Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Network Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our global network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in network design, data center operations, and large-scale WAN/LAN management within an enterprise environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong problem-solving, architecture, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for networking services, including production and technical support.
• Manage and maintain Data Center and LAN/WAN infrastructure for a large corporate environment.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network services such as WAN, LAN, Data Center, VPN, and Client Connectivity.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the organization’s network infrastructure.
• Implement and manage Enterprise-Class Data Centers, with expertise in Spine-Leaf topology.
• Support and optimize Global WAN Infrastructure (100+ sites) using multiple connectivity technologies such as MPLS, ATT Anira, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, IZO, etc.
• Hands-on configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco switches.
• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki, Arista, and HPE Aruba Wireless Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient network operations.
• Lead network projects, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Network Engineering and Infrastructure Management.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Data Center Management and Global WAN Infrastructure.
• In-depth understanding of Network Security, Routing & Switching, and Wireless Technologies.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNP / CCIE / Arista / Aruba Certified Professional or equivalent.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
