Job Description

  1. Marketing Leadership:

    2. Design campaigns that effectively build the platforms brand and drive user engagement.


  1. User Acquisition:

    1. Lead user acquisition initiatives to grow the platforms user base, focusing on performance-driven campaigns.

    2. Identify and optimize acquisition channels to achieve scalable growth.


  1. Developer Engagement:

    1. Build awareness and desire among game developers to onboard their games onto the platform.

    2. Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and campaigns that resonate with the developer community.


  1. Brand Management:

    1. Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for the mobile games store.

    2. Ensure all communications align with the companys values and branding guidelines.


  1. Public Relations and Communication Strategy:

    1. Manage PR activities to elevate the platforms visibility and reputation in the industry.

    2. Craft and deliver clear, compelling messages across various communication channels.


  1. Performance Analysis:

    1. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, acquisition strategies, and PR efforts.

    2. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve ongoing and future initiatives.


  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

[Requirements]

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in performance marketing, brand management, PR, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and platform growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
