Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Management Executive who will efficiently manage the full lead cycle — tracking, monitoring follow-ups, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and supporting the sales team to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily leads from Meta, Real Estate Portals, Website, Walk-ins, Calls, WhatsApp, etc.
• Assign/reassign leads to sales team depending on capacity & performance
• Monitor timely follow-ups, site visits & maintain accurate CRM status updates
• Categorize leads: 

  Cold / Warm / Hot

   & maintain conversion funnel
• Ensure 

  zero lead leakage

   and avoid duplication in CRM
• Share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports with management
• Push reminders for pending follow-ups and escalate non-action leads
• Record 

  lost lead reasons

   and analyze performance gaps
• Maintain TAT for first response & regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with Marketing & Sales teams for lead quality improvement

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate Lead / CRM Management

• Strong knowledge of CRM software (Mandatory)

• Highly skilled in 

  MS Excel

   & reporting dashboards
• Strong verbal & written communication (Hindi & English)
• Excellent coordination, disciplined workflow & analytical mindset
• Ability to manage large data & multiple tasks simultaneously

Education

• Graduate degree required (MBA preferred)
