Role Overview

Lead – Core Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend applications using

  Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

  .
• Apply

  object-oriented design principles

  and leverage

  functional programming

  concepts where appropriate.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend solutions.
• Work with relational databases and write optimized

  SQL queries

  .
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, performing code reviews and enforcing best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  Java backend development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and relational database design.
• Solid understanding of

  multithreading and concurrency

  .
• Strong grasp of

  object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

  and exposure to

  functional programming

  concepts.
• Excellent

  problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to lead teams and drive technical solutions independently.
