Requirement:
Job Role: Lead IT RecruiterLocation: Bangalore, IndiaWork Model: Work From Office 6 days a week (Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM & Saturday – 9:00AM to 1:00PM)

Responsibilities:

1)Lead the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles, ensuring efficient and effective hiring practices.

2) Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.

3) Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels.

4) Oversee interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

5) Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.

6) Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.

7) Team Management - Managing 10 people.

8) Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing leadership and coaching to enhance team performance.

9) Client Management
