We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete life cycle of IT recruitment, including:

✅ Conducting initial interviews and technical assessments

✅ Coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers

✅ Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

✅ Handling offer negotiations and ensuring smooth onboarding
