About the Role:-

What You’ll Do:-

• Lead the IQAC

  with strategic vision and operational excellence.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute

  accreditation and ranking processes for NAAC, NIRF, NBA, ARIIA, QS, Times Higher Ed, etc.
• Develop

  data-driven quality systems

  , performance dashboards, and evidence documentation.
• Collaborate with

  Deans, HODs, and administrative teams

  to collect, validate, and analyze data.
• Prepare

  Self-Study Reports (SSR), AQARs, and compliance portfolios

  aligned to UGC and NAAC standards.
• Conduct

  institutional quality audits, training, and awareness workshops

  .
• Keep the University

  future-ready for accreditation and ranking cycles

  through continuous quality enhancement practices.

Qualifications:-

• Master’s degree (mandatory)

  with

  over 60% overall marks

  at all academic levels.

• Ph.D. in any discipline (desirable).

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Over

  10 years of overall experience

  , including

  5+ years

  in

  IQAC or similar role

  in a private university.

• Direct involvement in at least one NAAC visits

  in a private university.

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Strong

  leadership, people management, and team-building

  capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of

  UGC, BCI, PCI, and INC

  rules, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive quality culture through innovation, documentation, and accountability.
