Responsible for developing customized software applications and IT solutions using the JD Edwards Enterprise applications. Supports E1 ERP BusinessDevelops process documentation for processes and proceduresParticipate in Service Desk function to resolve user related support callsPrepare and execute test plans for new functionalityPublish communication related to the deployment of new functionalityWork on EDI functionality and Advanced Pricing.Work on the Order to Cash module in E1.Translate user requirements into user requests and program specificationsWork with programmers to assure compliance to program specificationsGather user requirements to develop solutions and alternativesCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needsTranslate high-level information into details as well as summarize detailed informationCollaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needsDevelop requirements specifications according to standard templatesLiaise between the business, technology teams and support teamsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
